This is a killer example of a unworn, mint, untouched Panzer overseas cap for EM/NCO.
Insigna are hand applied, cockade and eagle are Bevo and soutache is pink.
Lining is made in grey ribbed cotton, grommets are intact. Markings inside are german and russian since this overseas cap is one of the huge find made in '90 from G. Petersen (see picture below).
This is a piece with a real photographic provenance.
