Awesome uniform (tunic and trousers) belonged to a NCO of the 17th Infantry Regiment "Braunschweig".
The group consists of:
- Waffenrock with first class aiguilette for precise shooting;
- Pants;
- Suitcase.
Waffenrock is in excellent condition, complete with its originally mounted insigna and fully lined with rayon. The inner pocket shows the approval stamp of the 1st company of the 17 Infantry Regiment (Geprüft I/I.R.17). The right should board still has attached the original paper tag with the price.
Pants shows some usage and a light discoloration, anyway they are in great condition. All the items are stored in a vinyl suitcase.
This is an awesome group, incredibly rare to find especially considering that everything comes from the same soldier. A great piece of history from one of the most famous Wehrmacht units, perfect for display.
