A wounderful set belonged to one of the most Waffen-SS Commanders.
Photo grouping of SS-Oberführer and recipient of the Oak Leaves to the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross, Karl Ullrich.
Ullrich was awarded with the Knight’s Cross on 19.2.1942 as a Sturmbannführer and commander of SS-Pio.Btl. "Totenkopf", and received the Oak Leaves on 14.5.1944 as SS-Obersturmbannführer and commander of SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt. 6 "Theodor Eicke".
Ullrich was the last commander of the "Wiking" SS-Division.
The group consists of:
1. Portrait photo in black Allgemeine-SS uniform with lion's head sword. Picture is marked: "Rich.Hertzsch Leisig". Size of the photo: 12cm x 18cm.
3. Portrait in field uniform with Knight's Cross. 9cm x 13cm. Modern writing to the reverse.
4. Large size portrait photo in field uniform with Oak Leaves and with awards on the left pocket. Signed and marked by the photographer "Hentschel Bad Kissingen".
5. A post war signed picture
6. His 1937 signed Truppenausweis Nr. 1606 while serving in SS-VT.
