Wonderful Wehrmacht (Heer) Commemorative Beer Stein (Bierkrug). The 0,5-Liter capacity beer stein is showing a nice image of a group of soldiers training with a gun in an open field. Under the image is written "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit 1935/36" (in memory of my service in 1935/36) and on top of the image is written "1. Abt. Schw. Artillerie Regiment 43". This beer stein was a remembrance piece for military service completed in 1935-36. The beer stein still have its original tin lid with a german helmet with decal over 2 brances of oak, all in relief.
Stein shows very few signs of age and usage. High: approx. 17 cm.
A very nice and decorative wartime piece. Not common to find.
