Kriegsmarine "Küstenartillerie" (Coastal Artillery) Summer Field Blouse (Feldbluse für Sommer).
The tan colored cotton made tunic has 5 front closure buttons (the removable type secured by steel “S” rings), two pleated breast pockets and two pleated hip pockets. The field blouse is having a pair of BeVo-woven EM's Coastal Artillery collar tabs, mounted on a dark blue wool base, neatly machine-sewn to the collar. The tunic is complete with a BeVo-woven breast-eagle which is machine-sewn to the tunic. Interesting to note that under the triangle shaped eagle there is another BeVo eagle sewn to the breast. We cannot understand why the owner has sewn a new wagle over the old one (maybe was damages?...). Both the stitching lines of the two eagles are visible on the inner side.
The field blouse is complete with shoulder-strap loops and buttons and is complete with a rare pair of cotton EM's type Coastal Artillery shoulder-straps. On the left arm there's still in place a rank chevron for a Gefreiter (Seaman 2nd class).
The tunic is lined in white cotton and it is nicely size marked in two points and it shows some minor traces of usage and years of storage, see photos.
